ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Care Rep with Daniel Holstein State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. For the past decade we have been serving our community and the surrounding areas with their needs for insurance and financial services. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

  • Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
  • Train and mentor customer service representatives.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish

Compensation $24,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
