ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a close-knit team of five. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member myself, giving me firsthand experience with the role and an understanding of what it takes to build a successful career in the industry.
We enjoy staying involved in our community and sponsor several local races and festivals each year, including events connected with Mardi Gras, the Greek Festival, and Oktoberfest. We also make time to enjoy each other as a team, including taking a day off together for a team meal and other activities.
Our agency offers 12 days of PTO during your first year, with additional PTO as your tenure grows, a $50,000 term life insurance policy, short-term disability coverage, licensing costs paid up front, and a strong commitment to work-life balance.
Our culture is built around five core values integrity, personal accountability, enthusiastically solving problems, continuously learning and growing, and looking for opportunity in every situation and conversation. I'm looking for someone who lives those values, cares about others, and wants to grow both personally and professionally.
